Hotzone introduction

The location controller handles all GPS related functionality. If the mobile device has access to an external (via Bluetooth) or built-in GPS, location reports can be continuously "pushed" back to the server.

The location controller can transfer the location data to an external applications It also comprises a built-in "zone manager" that can maintain a set of bounded geographical so called "hot-zones" which allows certain events to be triggered when the user enters or leaves a defined geographical location. The zone manager can i.e. manipulate the flow controller so that different information becomes available in different zones.
